Frequently Asked Questions

What is PMS?

Premenstrual Syndrom is a range of emotional symptoms, that some women experience prior to their menstruation. Some women also experience physical symptoms such as bloating or tender breast in the days before their periods.

No precise explanation have been able to answer what causes some women to experience irritability, mood swings, restlessness, feeling unhappy, or feeling unsociable prior to their menstruation. Researchers from a broad range of discipline have sought to answer it with theories ranging from levels of hormones to societal pressures on women and everyday stress.

What ever the cause is, PMSsage believes that days of PMS are your days - the days when you put yourself in focus and relax and take your time.
